VEGAN CURRIED EGG & COTTA FILLING
Ingredients
1 tub of Savour Cotta
2 blocks of tofu
1 Tablespoon yeast flakes
¼ teaspoon paprika and
¼ teaspoon tumeric
2 Tablespoons plant based milk
Black salt to taste
Directions
Mash all ingredients and cook as people would to scramble eggs
Serve with Bruschetta, crackers or any bread of your choosing.
