VEGAN CURRIED EGG & COTTA FILLING

Ingredients

  • 1 tub of Savour Cotta

  • 2 blocks of tofu

  • 1 Tablespoon yeast flakes

  • ¼ teaspoon paprika and

  • ¼ teaspoon  tumeric

  • 2 Tablespoons plant based milk

  • Black salt to taste

Directions

Mash all ingredients and cook as people would to scramble eggs

Serve with Bruschetta, crackers or any bread of your choosing.
