BUTTA RICH CURRIED TOFU EGG BRUSCHETTA

Ingredients

  • 50 g Savour Butta

  • 1 or 2 tablespoons of crumbled walnuts

  • 1 tablespoon or more of your favourite curry powder

  • 1 packet of silken tofu

  • 1 teaspoon of Black salt for taste

  • Chives for garnish

    Bruschetta or bread of your choice

Directions

  1. Toast walnuts in a pan

  2. When toasted add curry powder.

  3. Turn off heat and stir with a spatula

  4. Take off heat and add Savour Butta.

  5. Soften but try not to melt.

  6. Add silken tofu and Black salt to taste.

  7. Gently mash the mixture together to your desired texture and

  8. Add some chopped chives to garnish
