CREAMY VEGAN LASAGNE

Topping Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup cashews

  • 300ml hot water

  • A small carrot

  • 1 tablespoon corn flour

Topping Recipe

  1. Add the cashews and hot water to the blender and soak for 30 minutes. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend till smooth. Top the mixture on the lasagne.

  2. The lasagne is created with layers of gluten-free pasta, cotta, spinach, baby kale, beluga lentils, and tomato.
